Literally just a few steps east of the Irish Pub is Robert Balboa’s apartment house.
This is the building that Rocky waits in front of to speak with his son about getting back into boxing.
Originally built in 1880 as multi-family housing, the building currently houses a doctor’s office. Interestingly, this apartment and the pub are just blocks from Rittenhouse Square, the park that Rocky and Adrian strolled through after they discovered Robert was going to be born.
